1. Data Accessed

MinimalLog may access the following data:

  • In-app records: Notes, tags, images, and other user input (stored locally only).

  • Google Sign-In (optional):

    • Google account email (for sign-in identification)

    • Google Drive appDataFolder access (for backup/restore only)

  • Ads & Analytics (optional): Advertising ID (AAID), app usage statistics, crash/error logs (via Google AdMob and/or Google Analytics).

2. Data Usage

  • In-app records are used solely to provide the core app functions (save, view, organize).

  • Google account email is used only to identify the signed-in user.

  • Google Drive appDataFolder is used only to back up and restore your records at your request.

  • AdMob/Analytics data is used to deliver ads, measure performance, and improve app stability.

3. Data Sharing

  • MinimalLog does not sell or share Google user data with any third parties.

  • Data collected by Google AdMob or Google Analytics may be shared with Google under their own respective policies.

4. Data Storage & Protection

  • Local data is stored securely in Android’s sandboxed storage.

  • Google Drive backups are stored in the user’s own account’s appDataFolder and protected by Google’s authentication and encryption.

  • Network communications use HTTPS encryption.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Local data: Deleted when you uninstall the app or reset app data.

  • Google Drive backups: Can be deleted by you at any time via Google Drive or through the in-app delete function (if provided).

  • AdMob/Analytics logs: Retained and deleted according to Google’s own policies.

  • User requests: You may request deletion of your account or related data by contacting us at [aube.team@gmail.com]. Requests are processed within 30 days.

6. User Rights

  • You may manage or delete your data (local or backups) at any time.

  • Ad personalization and analytics can be controlled in your Google Account or device settings.
