< Aube Co. > ("Aube") has established and disclosed the following Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of users and to handle related complaints promptly and effectively.

This Privacy Policy is effective from March 10, 2024.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

My Palette is a standalone application that does not collect personal information or operate any servers. However, information used by store services and advertising services is processed through the respective SDKs of those services. This information is not stored by us. For any inquiries regarding this, users should directly contact the relevant services (Google Inc. or other advertising platforms).

We do not directly store or retain any personal information.

Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Their Legal Representatives, and How to Exercise Them)

  1. Data subjects can exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, and suspend the processing of their personal information at any time with Aube Co.
  2. The exercise of the rights outlined in Paragraph 1 can be carried out via written requests, emails, or fax in accordance with Article 41, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act. Aube Co. will take action without delay.
  3. The rights in Paragraph 1 can also be exercised through a legal representative or a delegated individual. In this case, a power of attorney in the format specified in the “Public Notice on Personal Information Processing Methods” (Form 11) must be submitted.
  4. Requests for access and suspension of processing may be restricted under Articles 35(4) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
  5. Requests for correction or deletion cannot be made if the personal information is required to be collected under other laws.
  6. Aube Co. verifies whether the requester is the data subject or a legitimate representative when a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension is made.

Article 6 (Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information)

Aube Co. takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

  1. Minimization and Training of Personal Information Handling Staff

    • Personal information handling staff are designated, and their access is limited to only those responsible, minimizing exposure and ensuring secure management.

  2. Access Control

    • Access rights to databases that process personal information are granted, modified, or revoked as needed, and unauthorized access is controlled using an intrusion prevention system.

  3. Retention and Prevention of Tampering with Access Logs

    • Records of access to the personal information processing system are retained and managed for at least one year. For cases involving more than 50,000 data subjects or the processing of sensitive or unique identification information, records are retained for at least two years. Security measures are implemented to prevent tampering, theft, or loss of these records.

  4. Locking Devices for Document Security

    • Documents and storage media containing personal information are stored in secure locations with locking devices.

Article 7 (Automatic Collection Devices for Personal Information)

We do not directly store or retain any personal information.

Article 8 (Personal Information Protection Officer)

  1. Aube Co. has designated the following Personal Information Protection Officer to oversee and manage the handling of personal information and to handle complaints and remedies related to personal information.

 < Aube Co. >(이하 'Aube')은(는) 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

○ 이 개인정보처리방침은 2024년 3월 10일부터 적용됩니다.

 

제1조(개인정보의 처리 목적)

마이 팔레트는 개인정보를 수집하지 않는 독립 실행형 어플리케이션으로 별도의 서버를 운영하거나 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 단, 스토어 서비스가 이용하는 정보 및 광고서비스가 이용하는 정보는 해당 서비스의 SDK를 거쳐 이용하게 됩니다. 이는 당사에 저장되는 정보가 아닙니다. 이용자가 이에 대해 의문이 있다면 해당 서비스(구글(Google Inc.) 및, 각 광고 미디어)로 직접 연락해야 합니다.

제5조(정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 그 행사방법에 관한 사항)

① 정보주체는 Aube Co.에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

② 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는Aube Co.에 대해 「개인정보 보호법」 시행령 제41조제1항에 따라 서면, 전자우편, 모사전송(FAX) 등을 통하여 하실 수 있으며 Aube Co.은(는) 이에 대해 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.

③ 제1항에 따른 권리 행사는 정보주체의 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여 하실 수 있습니다.이 경우 “개인정보 처리 방법에 관한 고시(제2020-7호)” 별지 제11호 서식에 따른 위임장을 제출하셔야 합니다.

④ 개인정보 열람 및 처리정지 요구는 「개인정보 보호법」 제35조 제4항, 제37조 제2항에 의하여 정보주체의 권리가 제한 될 수 있습니다.

⑤ 개인정보의 정정 및 삭제 요구는 다른 법령에서 그 개인정보가 수집 대상으로 명시되어 있는 경우에는 그 삭제를 요구할 수 없습니다.

⑥ Aube Co.은(는) 정보주체 권리에 따른 열람의 요구, 정정·삭제의 요구, 처리정지의 요구 시 열람 등 요구를 한 자가 본인이거나 정당한 대리인인지를 확인합니다.

 

제6조(개인정보의 안전성 확보조치에 관한 사항)
< Aube Co. >은(는) 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

1. 개인정보 취급 직원의 최소화 및 교육
개인정보를 취급하는 직원을 지정하고 담당자에 한정시켜 최소화 하여 개인정보를 관리하는 대책을 시행하고 있습니다.
2. 개인정보에 대한 접근 제한
개인정보를 처리하는 데이터베이스시스템에 대한 접근권한의 부여,변경,말소를 통하여 개인정보에 대한 접근통제를 위하여 필요한 조치를 하고 있으며 침입차단시스템을 이용하여 외부로부터의 무단 접근을 통제하고 있습니다.
3. 접속기록의 보관 및 위변조 방지
개인정보처리시스템에 접속한 기록을 최소 1년 이상 보관, 관리하고 있으며,다만, 5만명 이상의 정보주체에 관하여 개인정보를 추가하거나, 고유식별정보 또는 민감정보를 처리하는 경우에는 2년이상 보관, 관리하고 있습니다.
또한, 접속기록이 위변조 및 도난, 분실되지 않도록 보안기능을 사용하고 있습니다.
4. 문서보안을 위한 잠금장치 사용
개인정보가 포함된 서류, 보조저장매체 등을 잠금장치가 있는 안전한 장소에 보관하고 있습니다.

제7조(개인정보를 자동으로 수집하는 장치의 설치·운영 및 그 거부에 관한 사항)

당사는 개인정보를 직접적으로 저장하거나 보유하지 않습니다. 

 

제8조 (개인정보 보호책임자에 관한 사항)

① Aube Co. 은(는) 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄해서 책임지고, 개인정보 처리와 관련한 정보주체의 불만처리 및 피해구제 등을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.
